2.    Group Discounts. An Event Provider may offer discounts on group tickets. In this case, service fees provided herein apply.

3.    Ticket Delivery. Fees may be charged for the delivery of tickets depending on the method chosen by the Client:

Purchase made before April 1st, 2025: $5.00 per ticket order (this service is not available in the event of a strike, or if services are unavailable at the recipient’s address by Canada Post).

Purchase made after April 1st, 2025: $20.00 per order.

Tickets other than electronic tickets cannot be sent by regular postal service less than seven (7) days before a show or event. These tickets must be picked up at the PdA Box Office counters.

4.    Lost or Forgotten Tickets. If a show or event ticket is lost or forgotten, the PdA Box Office—after some routine checks—can issue a duplicate ticket.

5.    Purchase Limit. PdA allows the purchase of a maximum of eight (8) tickets per Client for all performances of a same show, event, or webcast, even if such Client holds multiple customer accounts with PdA or if the purchases have been made through representatives of the Client. In addition, at an Event Provider’s request, PdA may set a limit of less than eight (8) tickets that can be sold to a Client for all performances of a same show, event, or webcast. In such a case, such purchase limit will prevail. PdA, on its own initiative or at the request of the Event Provider, may cancel, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, any ticket purchase by the Client that is likely to exceed the permitted ticket purchase limit or circumvent it by using multiple customer accounts, nominees, or any other means.

6.    Special Terms. PdA reserves the right to establish special terms applicable to certain shows and events, which will be communicated to the Client prior to the purchase of tickets. These terms may include, but are not limited to:

  • The prohibition for the Client to transfer tickets to a third party;
  • A subsequent delivery of tickets to the Client on a specific date before the show or event.

7.    Payment Methods. Online purchases must be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. In such a case, the Client must complete all fields on the reservation form and submit its name, street and email address, and all other required information appearing on the credit card. Purchases made using the name or address of a third party are not allowed.

Debit cards are also accepted when the purchase takes place directly at the PdA Box Office ticket counter.

All orders are subject to approval by PdA, the financial institutions that issue the accepted credit or debit cards, and their credit or debit card payment processors.

8.    Right of Cancellation in the Event of Unauthorized Resale. Except to the extent permitted by law and subject to Article 19 hereof, PdA reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket sales transaction made by the Client to a third party, as soon as it has established that the tickets for the show or event in question have been offered for resale or sold without the authorization of the Event Provider and/or PdA.

9.    Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy. NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR CANCELLATION is possible once the ticket sale is complete.

Under exceptional circumstances, if tickets must be exchanged, PdA’s Box Office will issue new tickets and service fees as provided herein will apply.

In the case of an exchange request for tickets that are part of a subscription, the tickets may be exchanged in certain cases, with or without fees, according to the applicable conditions set by the Event Provider.

10.    Verification of Information. The Client must carefully review the name of the show, event or webcast, as well as the date and the ticket category BEFORE proceeding with a purchase. The schedule and dates for shows, events and webcasts,  are subject to change without prior notice.

In the case of a discrepancy between the information provided during a reservation or a purchase from another ticketing system and the information listed in the PdA Box Office system, the latter will be deemed as the only information that is accurate and valid.

11.    Seat Selection and Interactive Map. When purchasing tickets for shows or events in the venue, the PdA Box Office ticketing system may provide the opportunity to select one or more seats from an interactive seating map. The interactive seating map may be disabled when tickets are first offered for sale, at the request of an Event Provider, or due to technical difficulties. If  the Client makes a purchase when the interactive seating map is disabled for any of the above-described reasons, the PDA Box Office ticketing system will offer the best seats available in the venue for the category of tickets selected.

PdA declines any responsibility with respect to the availability of the interactive seating map and the choice and quality of seats offered by the PdA Box Office ticketing system in the absence of an interactive seating map.

12.    Discounts and Rebates. Event Providers may occasionally offer discounts or rebates on certain ticket categories. These discounts and rebates may apply to one or several purchase methods. They are generally valid only for a limited time and do not apply to purchases made before the discount or rebate offer is announced.

13.    Webcast Tickets. Every webcast ticket will be sold and delivered by Internet to the Client’s email address  and will include a hyperlink that provides access to one screening of the webcast or event.

14.    Ticket Retrieval. Only the person whose name appears on the credit card used for the reservation can pick-up the tickets at the PdA Box Office ticket counter. Upon presentation of the credit card and a piece of identification, tickets can be picked up 48 hours after the reservation has been made. If a show or event takes place within this time period, the tickets will be available at the PdA Box Office on the date of the show or event.

15.    Cancellations. If a show, event, or webcast is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase, in the original payment method, and as determined by the Event Provider and PdA.

16.    PdA Responsibility. PdA will not be held liable if a reservation or transaction cannot be completed, by PdA or by the Client, due to the failure, malfunction, or error of the PdA Box Office computer and its ticketing system, the Internet, the PdA Box Office’s telephone network, or any other ticket reservation network. In addition, PdA will not be liable in the event of the cancellation or postponement of a show, event, or webcast caused by the unavailability or malfunction of the Event Provider’s webcast platform or the Internet, by the absence of the artists, or by riots, pandemic, fire, natural disasters, or any other event of force majeure.

PdA provides a hyperlink to the webcast of a show that may be activated on a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, or a television with a web search engine. PdA cannot guarantee that the hyperlink to a webcast will function properly if the Client duplicates the content of a show opened on an electronic device by casting it to a television or another device and will not be liable for such malfunction in such circumstances.

17.    Cancellation of Erroneous Tickets. PdA reserves the right to cancel a ticket, and the purchase transaction made in respect thereto, in the event that the price of a ticket is inaccurate, due to a technical failure of the Website, a human error, or any other cause.

18.    Invalid Tickets. A ticket is invalid once PdA has reasonable grounds to believe that it has been falsified or that the information contained thereon has been altered, or once a sworn complaint of theft is made with respect thereto to law enforcement agencies. PdA reserves the right to deny access to anyone holding a ticket that is stolen, falsified, or that does not appear to be genuine.

19.    Ticket Transfers, Sales, and Resales. A  ticket for a show, event or webcast may not be assigned, sold, resold, or transferred, with or without consideration, without the  authorization of PdA or the Event Provider, except to the extent permitted by law. For greater certainty, the Client is authorized to transfer a ticket to someone else (the “Beneficiary”) by using the “Transfer” function on the Website, the instructions of which are available online. PdA reserves the right to charge fees for the use of its online Transfer service. The online Transfer only effects an assignment of the right to attend the performance of the show or event mentioned on the ticket. All other rights related to the ticket remain vested in the Client including the right to be refunded in the event of a cancellation of the performance. In return, the Beneficiary shall comply with any and all obligations applicable to show or event attendees at PdA pursuant to these Terms. In the case of a webcast, the ticket will include a hyperlink to the show and will be sent to the email address contained in The Client’s profile which cannot be transferred to a third party.

20.    Donations. The Client may, as part of the purchasing process for certain shows or events, make a donation of money or tickets to an organization or foundation associated with the Event Provider. It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the Event Provider, or the organization or foundation associated with it, to obtain further information on its mission or to know, where applicable, the terms and conditions for issuing or not issuing tax receipts related to the donation, with PdA disclaiming any liability with regard to this donation and the issuance of any tax receipt that may or may not be related to it.

Spectators who post messages deemed to be defamatory, sexist or inappropriate may have their access to these services removed without prior notice.
